Other Details to Note

FAQs Q: Do you offer discounts? A: Yes! We offer weekly and monthly discounts for longer stays. Q: Can I bring my own boat/kayak/paddleboard/water craft? A: Unfortunately no, PML only allows homeowners to launch their boats on the lake. All other smaller water crafts must be registered and permitted with the marina before entering the lake. We provide kayaks and paddle boards that are already permitted, so feel free to use these during your stay! Q: Why are prices different depending on which days I select? A: We use automated pricing software that sets nightly prices based on demand and comparable properties. Rates change based on a variety of factors and we typically just let the software do its thing. Q: Can I have an early check-in or late check-out? A: We do our best to accommodate these requests whenever possible! We usually cannot commit to an answer until approximately a week in advance of your reservation, so send us your request as your reservation approaches and we'll see what we can do for you. Q: Do we have to do chores at check-out? A: Upon check-out, we ask that guests do their dishes and take out the trash so there isn't anything that attracts unwanted critters between your departure and our cleaning crew's arrival. Thank you for your understanding and support! - Please note the following: LIMITED MOBILITY & ALLERGIES The property is on a steep slope and has many stairs both inside and out, so it may be difficult to navigate for those with limited mobility. Also, please know that we must accept service animals by law; while we do our very best to keep everything as clean as possible, the cabin is not suitable for those with allergies or sensitivity to pets. PG&E & LOSS OF INTERNET CONNECTION The town of Groveland has been experiencing frequent shutdowns by PG&E, particularly during the summer to mitigate wildfire risk. While we have a generator for the house that automatically kicks on when this happens (ensuring that the AC/heating and kitchen remain functional), the wifi is affected during these events. This is out of our control, and think it's important that guests are aware of this possibility prior to booking! Let us know if you have any other questions and we'd be more than happy to answer them.

Alaina’s place was gorgeous. Our family had an incredible time. The kids spent hours jumping off the dock and floating in the water. Sitting on the back deck eating dinner and watching the moon rise was fabulous. The living area is open and bright. The kitchen is well equipped. Alaina was exceptionally responsive and supportive. I highly recommend this beautiful lake home.

Alaina's cabin is paradise. Gorgeous setting looking over Pine Mountain Lake. Beautiful space inside. Our family of 7 enjoyed all the rooms and amenities. Kayaking and paddle boarding. Playing board games on the deck. Meals at the large dining table. It was perfection and I highly recommend! Alaina answered all questions quickly and with kindness. 10/10

One of the best cabin rentals we have ever been in. Extremely clean, comfortable, great layout, awesome amenities, amazing location, and responsive host. We enjoyed swimming off the dock and using the kayaks/paddle boards, and also walked to the small beach at least once a day with our kids. Ac worked amazingly. Host provided propane for bbq. There is a sleep and play in the bedroom area downstairs. Lots of lake toys and noodles provided!

Such a beautiful property, right on the lake. Easy access to Yosemite for all that glory and coming back to the peace at Pine Mountain Lake was great. Fun water activities - we loved the paddle boarding. House very well equipped and we loved the outdoor eating. Grocery shopping at Groveland was good. Highly recommended and we would book again.

A+, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! if you are looking for a lake front home getaway, this is it. The location the lake can't be beat, the downtown is small and has that hometown feel, the home has a lot of little details that show a lot of love has been placed in it. great for kids, families, couples, the docks by the water is awesome for fishing and comes with kayaks and paddles boards and everything you need. 100% turnkey lake experience. The hosts respond quickly and very friendly. One of the best AirBnB experiences we've ever had.

Wow! What a beautiful place! The view is amazing! The house is so cozy and nicely furnished. We loved being right on the lake and hearing the birds and frogs. The drive into Yosemite was very easy and convenient and the restaurants in town were really good! The host, Alaina, was great! She responded quickly with answers to our questions and whenever we needed anything. The check-in and out processes were very easy. It was a great experience!

An incredible family trip made possible by a beautiful home in the perfect lake location. Alaina’s home was everything as described. If you’re looking for a quiet lake get-away with breathtaking views and lots of amenities, this is the home for you. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were views from every room and the private dock was the perfect hangout for everyone. We appreciated details like labeled kitchen cabinets so we didn’t have to search around when cooking. Plenty of clean fresh towels, so many lake/beach supplies, and it was so helpful to have a washer and dryer. Everyone loved the kayaks and paddle boards, making it easy to explore the lake and all three beaches. Alaina, went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable, and when we had a few questions, she responded immediately. The only tricky part was the noise factor as you could hear everything from every room, so just be mindful of where light sleepers or early risers hangout.

Alaina is a one of a kind host. Quick to respond to all of my questions before and during my stay. The home was clean upon arrival with easy check in instructions and as you walk in your blown away by the beautiful lakeside deck. There are helpful notes all over the home to help with any “how do I…” questions you may have (great idea!). Stand up paddle boards and kayaks are available on site for those who want to venture into the calm waters. You can also fish (and and catch) from the private dock. Thanks again for sharing your home.
