Alaina’s place was gorgeous. Our family had an incredible time. The kids spent hours jumping off the dock and floating in the water. Sitting on the back deck eating dinner and watching the moon rise was fabulous. The living area is open and bright. The kitchen is well equipped. Alaina was exceptionally responsive and supportive. I highly recommend this beautiful lake home.

I cannot say enough good things about this home and Phil. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, perfect for a family. Phil was so kind and very communicative and quick to respond. The home had everything we needed and more, especially for our long term stay.

We stayed at Alaina’s apartment when we first moved over to California and it was great. Everything worked as it should and as advertised. The apartment is within walking distance of Caltrain and Burlingame meaning we had lovely restaurants on our doorstep and could get into San Francisco really easily. Alaina was great with communication and made the whole stay really easy and stress free.

Phil's AirBnB on Sinton is great! This was our third time staying and everything is always perfect! The house is super clean, easy to find, and so close to amazing places to visit and eat. Phil is a wonderful host and always responsive! We always have a great time whenever we stay! Cannot wait to stay again in the future!

The house has an extremely spacious layout for a large group of people that provides everyone their own privacy. Conveniently location to Yosemite, beautiful location on a creek, and super responsive host! We stayed for 2 weeks, and we would love to stay again at this place!

Super convenient location, covered parking, safe, clean, quiet, sweet decor. Alaina was also such a great communicator. I would definitely consider staying again when in town needing to split time between the Peninsula and San Francisco.

Alaina's place is amazing. The floor plan of the house was super ideal. Having a seperate spot to work remotely and away from the main living areas was such an added bonus. We brought our pups who absolutely loved the back yard. We visited for a remodel but the area was so great we ended up purchasing a home in the neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about this place and Alaina's hospitality.

I had an incredible two-month stay at Alaina's Airbnb. The place was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, cleaning, and ensuring a comfortable long-term stay. Alaina is a fantastic host—reasonable, attentive, and truly dedicated to making sure you feel right at home. I genuinely appreciate all the effort she puts into maintaining the property in excellent shape. This has been my best Airbnb experience so far, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained place! Also Burlingame downtown has a lot of different options to eat breakfast, lunck, dinner, ice cream etc. So is a plus that this airbnb is close to the area. One note: during the summer, the Bay Area can get quite warm, especially with the impact of climate change. Most housing in the area aren't designed for extreme heat, and it’s important to be prepared for hotter summers ahead. Alaina makes sure that you stay hydrated, and provides portable AC to help you out with it.

Alaina's cabin is paradise. Gorgeous setting looking over Pine Mountain Lake. Beautiful space inside. Our family of 7 enjoyed all the rooms and amenities. Kayaking and paddle boarding. Playing board games on the deck. Meals at the large dining table. It was perfection and I highly recommend! Alaina answered all questions quickly and with kindness. 10/10
